I finally got rid of this mess. The top won't grow and I refuse to think it is a white trash gene trying to manifest itself. She is only 3 after all. Why would I think she would have hair by now?????
Blame the Bromley side. ;-) My 2 kid-os didn't get their hair until they were 2. You've got more Bromley in you, so maybe that's why it's taking 3 years?
