Nothing like seeing your entire collection of possessions with a cardboard cover. It all looks so neat and tidy. I am sure the kids didn't think so when they saw their toy room look like this. What to do???
This is what we did, we played at our friend's house, we went to the store, we ate dinner in front of the TV for the first time ever, and then we made 'minibeast' cupcakes. If you are wondering what a minibeast is, you are not alone. It is a British term for all small insects and amphibians. This was my attempt at ladybug cupcakes. The icing turned out to be pink, which caused Xavier's enthusiasm to lessen. "Mom, after we make the pink ladybugs, we're gonna make the blue ladybugs, right?" Opps.
